Standard is 5–7 days. Rush is possible.
The wording
This is the part that matters most.
We stitch character for character what you type here — including capital letters, spelling and punctuation. Please read it twice.
Your photos
A photo of your pet, a logo, someone's handwriting, or the item you're sending us. Up to three.
Clear and well-lit works best. If a photo won't upload it's usually too large — send it by Instagram or email instead.
The item itself
Are we supplying it, or are you sending us something you already own?
Bringing your own item? We take great care, but we can't replace something damaged during stitching. For anything irreplaceable — a memorial piece made from a loved one's clothing — we'll ask you to sign a short form first, and we photograph everything before we start. That work is booked one at a time so it gets full attention.
